"Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre incredibilmente disponibile. La meteo non era molto buona ma il nostro soggiorno è stato comunque piacevole perché l'hotel ci ha aiutati ad organizzare un tour della città, a prenotare il nostro transfer successivo, in modo rapido e ad un buon prezzo. La cucina era ottima, abbiamo mangiato uno dei riso e curry più buoni della vacanza! La vista dalla terrazza è bellissima e nel complesso l'hotel offre un'ottima soluzione per essere vicino al centro ma al riparo dal rumore e dal caos."

"La struttura rimane leggermente fuori dal centro di Kandy, ma è tranquillamente raggiungibile con tuk-tuk o taxi. Ed è bello soggiornare al di fuori dal caos della città. Questo hotel è una perla completamente immersa nella natura e da qua puoi godere di una vista incredibile. Il personale è molto gentile e disponile, ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta. La camera era pulita e ben tenuta. La piscina esterna è stata veramente un plus. Se venite a Kandy dovete assolutamente soggiornare qui! È stato un vero peccato soggiornare qua solo una notte!"

"La struttura è situata in un punto che offre una splendida vista su Kandy. La piscina è immersa nel verde,grande e pulita benissimo. Il cibo eccezionale; sia colazione che cena erano squisite e le porzioni molto grandi. La ciliegina sulla torta però è il personale: tutti gentilissimi e pronti ad aiutarti in qualsiasi modo!"

"Il climatizzatore è abbastanza rumoroso (noi abbiamo dormito bene anche senza comunque) e alcuni dettagli della stanza potrebbero essere migliorati (c’era un buco nelle lenzuola, ad esempio). Tuttavia questo non ha influenzato sul nostro soggiorno che nel complesso reputo altamente positivo!"

"There were red ants in the bathroom and toilet seat. I had to get rid of them, the hotel should use sprays before check in! The photos look great but the room was smaller and no TV in the room.. The road to get to the hotel isn't very easy for cars! Very steep. The location is outta city. I booked this place as it had swimming pool but it was under construction, they should have mentioned it."

On top of the hill so it’s tucked away from the traffic and noise of the city centre and has great views. - Friendly, helpful, professional and well dressed staff all with great English on hand around the clock. The helped us sort our laundry, carry our luggage to and from our room, plan our days and get around via Tuk Tuk or taxi. - Breakfast was included, they were happy to serve it at whichever time we requested and it was always there on time so we could easy fit it around our schedule. - Austin the Tuk Tuk driver that works for the hotel was very helpful and friendly. We exchanged numbers and were able to organise lifts with him at short notice to go to and from wherever we needed to go. He always replied and arrived promptly and spoke perfect English so it made the entire process very simple. He was also able to give us lots of tips, advice and local knowledge."
