"Avere un terrazzo che dà letteralmente sulla giungla è impagabile! La vista sulla natura così verde e rigogliosa, gli uccelli tropicali e le scimmie che si arrampicano ovunque. I proprietari sono disponibili anche se non parlano l'inglese in qualche modo ci si capisce. Letto comodo , stanza un po' piccolina e spoglia. Ottima colazione fatta in terrazza, che merita!"

"Il bagno molto piccolo e sporco e appena arrivati non ci erano stati cambiati gli asciugamani ma appena ne ho richiesti di puliti me li hanno forniti. La posizione è un po' scomoda rispetto al centro di Ella, raggiungibile comunque con una passeggiata di 30 minuti circa, però con una torcia altrimenti si rischia di essere investiti dai tuktuk"

"Personale molto gentile, che ci ha aiutato a organizzare 2 giorni a Ella mettendoci in contatto con un'autista di tuk tuk molto gentile e cordiale. Colazione servita direttamente in camera Dal balcone abbiamo visto le scimmie, anche se non si sono avvicinate. Sul balcone c'era un bellissimo dondolo che la.bambina ha apprezzato molto."

"Presenza di scarafaggi nella camera, non ci sono zanzariere, non si sono mai avvicinati al letto. La posizione è bella tra le montagne, ma molto scomoda, dista un paio di km dalla città lungo una strada buia e trafficata, per andare e tornare serve un tuk tuk (noi viaggiavamo con una bambina di 2 anni)"

"La vista era stupenda, ci hanno accolto col loro the e lo staff era gentilissimo. Posto perfetto se volete spostarvi dal caotico centro di Ella. Se non avete un mezzo, contrattate con i Tuk Tuk perché a piedi è davvero lunga e faticosa!"

"We really enjoyed staying at Mountain Face Inn. We couldn’t wish for more - the place was stunning. It was very clean and the views were amazing. We had a lovely breakfast included. Anush was so helpful! We loved him, he was very nice and took us to all of the places that we wanted to see. He was so nice and you could see that he is passionate about what he’s doing. Would recommend this place 100%, it’s a hidden gem!"

"staff here are so lovely, they couldn’t do more to accommodate us one example being when we arrived they prepared us a lunch so we didn’t have to go into town after travelling all day. view is amazing and we loved the private balcony with table, chairs and even a mini swing - absolutely perfect for just chilling out. breakfast was plentiful, the espresso coffee is charged as an extra but is made really well so worth it."

"the location from town is a little far but the host arranged tuk tuks at a very reasonable price and they were always readily available at the drop of a message, they even dropped us at the station free of charge on our departure. there are also a few restaurants within walking distance, the one we tried even had a pool table which was a nice touch instead of venturing into town."

"We loved everything! Family with 2 teens, stayed in the cabana (Superior Double room with Mountain View) which was perfect for us. The views are breathtaking. It really is a special location - a short tuk tuk ride from busy Ella, it's quiet and peaceful. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom's balconies was a treat. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and great proper coffee, again served with a view. Anush was a standout host. He went above and beyond, not only at the accomodation, but in helping to track down and return a lost bag at our previous location. Even a week after we left, he was still helping with the unreliable courier situation. The cabana is new and has just what you need."

"Lovely location, great views, comfortable and large bed. Balcony had a wonderful view of the railway and the hills and valleys towards Ella. I really enjoyed listening to the birds and watching monkeys playing in the trees in the mornings. Breakfast was delicious every day. The 2 guys working there were really kind and helpful, offering advice and information and ensuring that we were well looked after throughout our stay here. They also have delicious speciality coffee from their cafe!"
