"Colazione fatta in casa, ogni mattina leggermente diversa per spezzare la monotonia, sempre ottima e abbondante. La famiglia che lo gestisce è gioiosa e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto dei cuscini più bassi e degli asciugamani in più e ce li hanno forniti subito. I proprietari hanno un tuk tuk, quindi possono accompagnarti dove vuoi. Abbiamo chiesto il taxi per il safari e per il viaggio alla destinazione successiva ed il prezzo era inferiore a quelli delle piattaforme più usate come Uber o Pickme. La posizione è un chilometro fuori dal centro, alla fine di una stradina laterale dove ogni abitazione è un homestay, molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Il terrazzo offre una vista bellissima sul little adam’s peak. Super consigliato!!"

"Nalaka and his family are extremely kind and helpful! Nalaka helps with organizing every transfer or little trip into town for a very fair price. He even made us a lunch box at 5 in the morning when we went to Horton Plains. The bed was very big and comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast, tea and coffee every morning was perfect. The view from the room is amazing. Walking into Ella town from here isn't hard, it takes about 10 minutes. We had the best time at Different View and definitely recommend staying here!"
"The only thing I missed was a small wardrobe or a few hooks on the walls to hang our clothes. But we just used the two tables in the room as our wardrobe so it was still fine."

"Perfect family getaway at Padmi Villa! We travelled to Weligama, Sri Lanka with our teenager in February 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The second floor was exclusively for our family, and the space was perfect. The location is fantastic, and the host family were invaluable in helping us discover the best local spots. They were incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any questions. The villa is well-equipped, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals. We were even treated to delicious traditional food on our last day! We highly recommend Padmi Villa to families looking for a comfortable and authentic stay"
