"Ostello piccolino ma completo di tutto! Pulito e la nostra stanza (privata) con bagno ed acqua calda, letti comodi. Banco per biglietti bus/treno, staff gentilissimo e disponibile e presente h24!"

"Dopo un viaggio allucinante da Vientiane ( 17 ore ) il Chato Hostel ci è sembrato un sogno . Comunque ci siamo trovati bene sia con lo staff e come confort della stanza . Il personale , che non parla inglese, ha dei bigliettini per rispondere alle domande più comuni."

"When i closed the door there was still light comming in from outside (this easily cold be fixed), you hear very moch from outside (but this is not differend in other hotels in this price category) - because the room didn't had a window (whis is quite commun in asia), it got quite warm at night - there would be an easy solution if people would be allowed to lower the AC a bit more than 25 Celcius (its fixed there). And it would probabely prevent people using both: AC and Fan"
