"This place is simply fabulous - clean, quiet, cozy, everything works, in a great location near night market, mall, fast food etc, easily reachable by bus, yet, some rooms face forest. It's self check-in, all information is provided timely and clearly, communication is brilliant and any questions promptly answered. One of the best place to stay ever."

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

leggermente da migliorare il bagno poiché mancava l'anta nella doccia e ogni volta si allagava moltissimo.

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

Sono già diverse le volte che soggiorno qui, soprattutto per la qualità del servizio offerto, l’ottima colazione e la pulizia impeccabile sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere. Tutto è molto curato e si percepisce l’impegno dello staff nel garantire un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Come valore aggiunto, desidero sottolineare la costanza del servizio: a ogni visita ritrovo lo stesso alto livello di attenzione e qualità, il che trasmette fiducia e voglia di tornare. Senza dubbio, questo hotel è un 10 su 10. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca comfort e desidera sentirsi a proprio agio durante il soggiorno."

"Ho soggiornato all'appartamento privato del Viru. Appartamento pieno di tutti i comfort possibili. Accesso super facile. L'appartamento era accogliente, minimal ma super funzionale."

"È la terza o quarta volta che vado in questa struttura. La posizione è ottima, in centro e con la metro si va all'aeroporto senza cambiare linea..Non ci sono servizi extra (sì la colazione, a pagamento, al baretto all'ultimo piano) ma, almeno io, non ne ho sentito la mancanza.Lo staff è gentile ed è presente anche di notte."

Credo..niente! È un ostelli non un albergo a 5 stelle. Il rapporto qualità/ prezzo é buono. Centrale, pulito, con uno spazio per leggere, chiacchierare, lavorare al computer, mangiare, un piccola cucina e un baretto con vista sull'Acropoli

"Bellissimo ostello lungo il Danubio con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione è ottima: fuori dal caos della città, immerso nel verde ma a sole tre fermate di autobus dal centro (nota: i mezzi pubblici a Belgrado sono gratuiti). Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti, decorate con originalità e fantasia. C’è una bella terrazza bar e la colazione a buffet è buona e abbondante. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in bicicletta e l’ostello è un posto sicuro dove parcheggiare le bici durante la notte. Non da ultimo il personale è gentile e simpatico e i ragazzi si sono prodigati in tutti i modi per rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Ritornerei sicuramente!"

"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

La doccia era scomoda perché è aperta e si allaga il bagno. La stanza è un po’ piccola ma comunque confortevole. Il letto non è comodissimo.

"camere pulite e spaziose. Avevamo due camere una da 6 e una da 2. Bagno pulito. Abbiamo fatto il self check-in senza problemi di notte. Ho apprezzato il fatto che ci fosse il caffè."

Reception un po lenta, abbiamo chiesto di lasciare gli zaini e ci hanno detto okay ma li hanno messi in corridoio e ci hanno fatto pagare 5€.
