"This is a great hostel. The position is very central and convenient, these capsule beds are very cute, private and comfortable, the environment is quiet at night and very clean, the kitchen has everything you need and bathrooms are more than suitable. But the biggest surprise for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Aina. She made me feel safe and comfortable, it felt like being in a family home rather than in a hotel. I highly recommend this beautiful place, it was definitely the best hostel in Kazakhstan for me."

"I arrived in the middle of the night, which was no problem as they have 24h reception. With the help of google translate the checkin is easy - also without russian. The capsules are comfortable, beds are comfy and everything is clean. It was quiet also at daytime. Bathrooms are also fine and big enough."

"There is not much common space and there are not many foreign travellers, so not the best place if you're looking for company."

"Fresh and clean hotel/hostel. The showers had great water pressure, slippers were provided, and the storage lockers were large (no need to bring your own lock—my 40L backpack and daypack fit without any issues). The reception staff were friendly, although their English was quite limited. It wasn’t a major problem, but worth noting. They do accept card payments. The air conditioning was excellent, both in the room and throughout the hostel. Overall, I recommend it."

"The atmosphere wasn’t particularly social or lively, but that may just depend on the other guests staying there at the time. There are USB charging ports inside the capsule, which is convenient, but unfortunately, no standard power sockets—so I couldn’t charge all of my devices by the bed. The only real issue was that the initially tried to charge me a bit more than the listed prices on booking.com. However, I pointed it out and they corrected it"

"- great location, near bus station to airport, shopping mall, reataurants, some attractions like the Opera - affordable - very friendly and helpful staff team - pretty clean and modern - comfy beds and spacious capsules - comfortably warm during winter"

"- some areas need a good scrubbing more often - had a leak from the ceiling and had to change beds - safety box in capsule can't be locked and some lockers can be opened with the same key - 2 showers and toilets, so it might get a bit crowded at times - showers should be ventilated better as some mold is forming - sometimes soap and toilet paper has to be requested for refill"
