"It’s a small hotel on the ground floor of a residential building, right in the center of Astana. The room was small but fine for two people. There’s a fridge, and you can ask for a kettle and mugs. The staff was polite and friendly – I arrived at 6 a.m. and they opened the door for me. I didn’t hear any other guests and wasn’t disturbed at all."
"For some reason, I expected it to have a view of the mosque, but it’s on the ground floor. A shelf in the shower and a few hooks would be really helpful."

"Location near 2 big malls where one can get almost everything. It is located near a nice lover's park and about 200m off the main road to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all good value. Would stay again."
"All rooms are inside an apartment of a tower block. From the outside at the entrance tower block looked untidy although when got inside was all ok."

"There was no warm water. I understand that it was some technical issue not dependent on hotel, but still ... None if 2 WiFi networks really worked And also 1 of women working at reception was very kind and friendly, while another was.. let's just say different."
