"Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e con tutti i servizi, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo lasciato una valigia per oltre 10 giorni che ci hanno tenuto mentre noi facevamo trekking. Partiti alle 5 di mattina per aeroporto ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione pronta. Proprio bravi"

"Breakfast is not a buffet and not convincing at all. You get only one small cup of tee or coffee or juice, you get served a very large amount of food, like toasts, porridge, eggs but you cannot replace something, only for additional cost."

"I love the cafe. The breakfasts, lunch and dinner menu is extremely varied and is very tasty. Elizaveta especially provides excellent service and great conversation! I was also very impressed with the room - the bed was super-comfortable, coffee-making facilities and a mini bar are so welcome. I felt very welcome here and will definitely come back!"

It featured all the amenities I could ask for, including Wi-Fi, a TV, a writing table, and a comfortable sofa. The en suite bathroom was pristine, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting."

"Начинать завтрак с 7.00. Сделать так, чтобы работал кондиционер. В платяном шкафу, в номере, была всего одна вешалка. В номере, к сожалению, нет прикроватного освещения, приходилось пользоваться светом в телефоне. Чтобы выключить свет, надо встать с кровати."

Мало информации заключалось в том, что официанты нормально не объясняли, что именно в наш завтрак входит. Например, по части напитка, какие разновидности. Их приносили в конце. Либо по моей просьбе. Со мной были три мальчика, в возрасте с 4 до 7 лет. Для них я личный официант и поэтому всё как-то должно было быть быстро, особенно водичка. Далее если еда в номер, то посуда так и будет стоять до следующего дня. То есть они же в целом должны знать кто в номере поел или нет. Но опять же может это мои какие-то претензии к гостинице, у которой мало звёзд."
