"La struttura è moderna ed efficiente, comoda e ben posizionata, si raggiunge facilmente in auto e in due passi ci si trova nel cuore della capitale; si può fruire a proprio agio di simpatici spazi comuni con vista, pur godendo di camere ragionevolmente ampie e ben organizzate, dotate di sale da bagno ottimizzate e letti comodi; l'affaccio della nostra stanza standard garantiva una piacevole vista sull'isola di Nòlsoy e la strada prospiciente non ha creato disturbo. Colazione abbondante e varia, allietata dalla possibilità di preparare waffles al momento; all'accettazione welcoming drink gradito; personale cortese e vivace."

"Hotel comodo molto vicino all’aeroporto. Perfetto per partenze in mattinata molto presto o arrivi la sera tardi. Stanze spaziose, personale molto accogliente e cordiale. Grande e comodo parcheggio."

Arredi un po’ datati, pulizia non impeccabile. Niente di problematico per brevi soggiorni di passaggio.

"An absolutely phenomenal experience that went far beyond a normal hotel stay. I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. "Struttura pulita, buona wifi, letto comodo, camera piccola ma confortevole, aria condizionata efficace, foccia calda, cibo buono ma porzioni un po' piccole. Parcheggio chiuso e coperto. Personale gentile."

Scale a chiocciola per salire alla teception e alle camere. Ho chiesto a colazione alle 8, una volta è stata servita alle 8.50, una alle 7.40 (ero ancora a letto), un'altra ale 8.40. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata e se ha piovuto bisogna provare varie strade alternative per evitare alcune pozzanghere giganti.

Il maniglione del bagno sul quale si doveva agganciare il seggiolino della doccia per disabili si staccava e non era sicuro .. si rischiava di cadere e non ho fatto la doccia

"We loved the quiet scenic location and the beautiful, elegant new resort with top tier facilities. Felt pampered by the staff and enjoyed the best massage. The resort provide free shuttle into Koror morning and afternoon, which is ideal for divers heading to the rock island dive sites. Loved the huge wall of windows showing us the turquoise kingfishers and long tailed white tropic birds."

Resort is tailored to Asian touists with a lack of English instructions on remotes, etc, but staff were super helpful.

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

Il personale non era molto familiare con l'inglese, e nemmeno con il danese. Solo svedese e tedesco sembravano accettati.

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

"Davvero bellissimo! Camera con letto molto comodo e vetrate a soffitto per osservazione dell’aurora! Il bagno in condivisione non è stato affatto un problema, pulito e sempre disponibile a pochi passi dalla stanza! Parcheggio a pochi passi e ristorante molto buono. Scelta davvero ottima!"

Camera non molto spaziosa ma è andata benissimo in tutto!

"Location. Restaurant and breakfast room. Delicious. Large, spacious room with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was clean. The towels and bedding were clean. The mattresses were comfortable. The kettle was clean. The staff arrived promptly. Everything was fine."

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.
