"La ragazza in reception è stata simpaticissima: parlava perfettamente inglese e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su dove poter andare a mangiare e visitare il centro città, è stata davvero molto gentile."

"i was there off season and during ramadan. the hotel was more or less empty, but we still got a very good service. nice and clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere. not fancy at all, but honest and clearly geared to people with an outdoor vibe. the hotel is in a very quiet corner of central bishkek, but directly next to the railway tracks. 1-3 trains per night (yes they are loud). not a problem for us, but needs consideration for people who are sensitive to noise"

"Staff were really great, helped us with some bus booking logistics when the website was all in Russian and not taking our cards! Kitchen staff also friendly when I needed to wash some stuff up. Breakfast good with lots of local choice and the usual salad, cereals etc. Tea/coffee always available in reception to help yourself. Good recommendation of local restaurants from reception staff. Nice having the pool available as we arrived here after a few days hiking."

"I liked the location. For me it was easy to walk to the center and to the railway station from which many buses start their tours. Breakfasts were very nice (oatmeal, cakes, and others) and starting from 7 AM was convenient. WiFi is good. You can have hot water anytime on the first floor with access to tea and water. Helpful staff 🙌"
"There was a problem with hot water in the shower on the first day, later it was fixed, thank you The water pressure was a bit low in my room I had trouble at first finding the place on the first day, but then it was ok."
