"Hits all our sweet spots for a family holiday: the house was spacious with space to relax in every room and a great veranda that gives a communal space. Staff were fantastic! Kind, considerate and always willing to help. The pool and garden are beautifully maintained and the chef was always considerate of our individual preferences and how hungry we all were. Pancakes every day! 😋 House felt secure and safe even with monkey mischief on the roof at times!"

"The staff were great and the property beautifully cared for. The chef cooked beautiful food. The private swimming pool. The rooms and gardens were perfect. The small details around the property were lovely."

"There were staff already at the house to welcome us in so did not need to collect the keys from anyone."

"A few small things, there wasn't night security guard which is usually the case and previous stay here there was. Staff working days was not made clear from the beginning, it appears the staff including chef are off on weekends and left much earlier than expected, despite that not being made clear. this issue was discussed with the owner and resolved over time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rudi. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout. The beds were very comfortable with crisp, clean sheets, and we appreciated the lovely toiletries and soft, fresh-smelling towels. They even brought puzzles to our room to keep our daughters entertained, which was such a thoughtful touch. We used the hotel as our base while travelling around Kenya—leaving our luggage there as we explored the Masai Mara, Ol Pejeta, the lakes, and Mombasa. The laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced, with our clothes returned beautifully folded and fresh. One of the highlights was when the staff surprised our daughter with a sweet birthday greeting, which made her feel truly special."

A special thanks to Timothy and Renne — both were incredibly helpful and highly professional. Timothy ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay and assisted us in settling in upon arrival. The Security team was always welcoming and greeted us with warm smiles. "The hotel was wonderful for our needs. We were 11 in two apartments. The location was great and a short walk to the beach plus you could walk to restaurants (we did not). What stood out though was the staff. Aymar the manager is fantastic. She arranged a BBQ and breakfast for our work group (the food was delicious) and she went out of her way to help ensure we all had a good stay. I wish it had been longer! There seemed to be longer term guests and they loved the place too. The internet was good, pool lovely, and the place is clean and comfortable. Again much of this is because of Aymar I think. She's wonderful"
