"Very nice stay. Was lot of guests but we didn't feel it. Swimming pool very nice ! And kitchen / food was delicious ( per opinions of all my family member )"

"המלון נקי מזמין ומאובזר בטעם משובח. המיקום מדהים ומרוחק ממרכז העיר. (למי שמחפש את השקט לעיתים). החדרים נקיים ומרווחים המקלחת מזמינה. ישנה בריכה גדולה (משערת שניתן להנות ממנה בעיקר בקיץ). ישנו לובי מקסים בקומה 4 עם בר פתוח ושירות נהדר.בכלל צוות התחזוקה ואנשי הקבלה מאירי פנים ואדיבים ביותר. האכזבה היחידה היתה ארוחת הבוקר הלא מכבדת את אורחיה . התפוסה במלון היתה מעטה כך שריכזו את אורחי המלון בלובי לארוחת הבוקר. על שולחנות קטנים ונמוכים עם בר לא עשיר וחסר דברים בסיסיסיים כגון: סכו"ם.שמן זית לימון מלח פלפל . קערת לחמים קרים. לסיכום: שיערנו כי יופיו המדהים ואבזורו הנהדר ברמה גבוהה אשר מקנה לו יוקרה .ישליך גם על ארוחותיו אך נחלנו אכזבה.ללא ספק חומר למחשבה. אתה מגיע לחופשה כיפית ומהנה שהמכלול צריך לכבד את אורחיו ולהשאיר התרגשות ורצון לחזור למקום..."

"כשיצאתי מהמלון בסיום הצ'ק אין, חייג אליי פקיד מהקבלה שאני לא זוכרת את שמו ואמר שהתשלום עבור שירות חדרים לא חוייב וביקש ממני את המספר של הכרטיס אשראי. אמרתי לו שהשארתי כרטיס לביטחון והוא אמר שהוא לא נקלט והתעקש שאקריא לו את כל המספר אשראי ואני סירבתי. הוא אמר לי שאני חוצפנית ואני לא אוכל יותר להתארח במלון שלהם."
