"Rispetto ai prezzi israeliani, la struttura è molto economica e è situata in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città vecchia e nuova. La sera la zona è animata, ma non particolarmente rumorosa Balconcino in camera."

"Le dimensioni della stanza erano davvero ridotte. Ad ogni modo, per chi non ha particolari esigenze di comodità e desidera risparmiare qualcosina (considerando i prezzi esosissimi di Israele) consiglio la struttura."

"Ho soggiornato in una camera singola, le dimensioni non erano esagerate ma la stanza era molto funzionale con bagno e doccia. Posizione ottima nella parte centrale del viale principale ( pedonale) tra negozi e piazzette dove si svolgono diverse attivita' sociali (musica ecc). Pesonale molto cortese e affabile"

"Arrivando da Tel Aviv in treno raggiungi facilmente la struttura col tram. Le stanze sono semplici, pulite e ordinate. Eli, il gestore, è super disponibile e ha un gran senso dell'umorismo e di cui sicuramente conserverò un buon ricordo."

"Più che un hotel è un ostello, la camera è piuttosto piccola e non proprio silenziosissima... Comunicazione non molto agevole con la "reception"! Il Wifi non funziona benissimo!"

"I am the Spanish girl, Lidia, who visited Jerusalem for Holy Week to see everything related to Christianity (Holy Sepulchre, Place of Ascension in the Mount of Olives, Pater Noster Church, Christ's Prison, Stations of the Cross, etc) and also the Jewish neighborhood with things like the Ark of Covenant, King David's Tower, Kotel, etc. The owner was a very kind Jewish man who treated me very well knowing that I am a Christian. It was a pleasure to share experiences with lovely Jews who helped me in different circumstances in Jerusalem!! About the hotel, I got a good room with a little fridge, comfortable bed and a big bathroom. It was also clean. I will repeat in the future for sure and I send greetings to the owner of the hotel!! "Kaplan Hotel is 100% worth every penny. The staff are super helpful and respectful, and the check-in was really smooth and easy. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The vibe of the place is super chill and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The location is amazing—just a 15-minute walk to the Old City and close to tons of shops, restaurants, and public transport. You can get pretty much anywhere in the city without any hassle. The price is very reasonable for what you get, especially considering how central it is. The room cleaning service was excellent—everything was always spotless when I came back. Overall, a great stay and I'd totally recommend it to anyone visiting Jerusalem!"
