I guess I can give at least a partial excuse because of construction but on our night dining there, there was a rat - actively attempting to get on the food tables. Staff did not seem overly concerned until I went up and started kicking their table to get the rat to leave. This was not the first time this rat had been there, it wasn't like just nosing around and would come out of the foliage and jump right up on the tables. It was a super turn off."

The person cleaning our room didn't spread the towels correctly and they were trying to charge us things without even verifying first, the receptionist in that moment was in some way rude. Until one of the person checking the other rooms found them folded and unused."
