Hotel in Mongolia

"Hotel bello e ben tenuto,posizione comoda camere spaziose e di buon gusto!"

Il check-in più lungo della mia vita!.. per via di inconvenienti con Booking ho atteso più di un’ora 😫

"Hotel located in nice and calm area, personal very polite and helpful. Room clean, bed and bedding are very comfortable. Breakfast very good, tasty and rich."

Many pigeon droppings outside, even arround the pool. Very loud ventilator in the bathroom. Bad smell outside at night.

"Posto splendido! Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera #6. Semplice, pulita e con una vista meravigliosa sul mare che dista solo qualche metro. Sembra di alloggiare in una casa albero tra le palme!! Il servizio è eccezionale, gli host gentilissimi. La struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti la cucina (in comune) e kayak, attrezzatura per snorkelling e sedie da spiaggia per chi volesse farne utilizzo. Consiglio a chiunque ami i paradisi tropicali e non voglia soggiornare in albergoni senz'anima! Spero di poter tornare presto :)"

"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

"The family room was small, but had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the drink prices were reasonable. The best choice in the area. Evening village life is a separate show, unfortunately we couldn't find any entertainment nearby. And the wealthier residents instead gathered at our place of stay."

The first night we had trouble sleeping because at 3AM all the villagers started making noise (roosters, dogs, cats, turkeys, goats, sheep) but by the second and third we were already used to the village sounds.

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

The city itself was pretty boring, nothing to do and nothing really close by. Ofcourse this has nothing to do with the hotel

Il personale non era molto familiare con l'inglese, e nemmeno con il danese. Solo svedese e tedesco sembravano accettati.

"Perfekt, rimeligt billigt overnatningssted. skulle til julefrokost. Der var dog en detalje, der ikke var i orden, da vi ankom om natten, men vi fandt ud af det med Sleep-in."

"Sistemazione a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto, il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato ottime informazioni come raggiungere la città e il buon utilizzo dei trasporti. Colazione buona. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità."

"Simple hotel. Everythng was OK. The manager insisted I bring my motorbike into the lobby for safe keeping."

The bar/restaurant was closed.

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre, Calme et confortable . Le gérant est très serviable, abordable et de bons conseils pour les randos, aluguers etc....."

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

"Peaceful location exceptionality helpful and friendly service nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very clean and airy accommodation Good AC, reliable whfi one minute walk away from a stunningly beautiful beach and bay And the added bonus of lobster pot"

"Struttura pulita, buona wifi, letto comodo, camera piccola ma confortevole, aria condizionata efficace, foccia calda, cibo buono ma porzioni un po' piccole. Parcheggio chiuso e coperto. Personale gentile."

Scale a chiocciola per salire alla teception e alle camere. Ho chiesto a colazione alle 8, una volta è stata servita alle 8.50, una alle 7.40 (ero ancora a letto), un'altra ale 8.40. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata e se ha piovuto bisogna provare varie strade alternative per evitare alcune pozzanghere giganti.

"Wangdue Eco Lodge is a lovely place tucked high above the Dzong, with amazing views from the room that really make the stay special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."

Shower glass looked like it wasn't cleaned for a looong time.

"Very friendly , easy going hotel with good staff and friendly guests! Wonderful large room with access to sun loungers and the small beach and views over the water( Beach front king).Other places accessible by taxi, if rather expensive!"

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room.
