Stanze in case private in Papua Nuova Guinea

"Ambiente molto semplice ma perfetto per il nostro soggiorno, la terrazza fuori dalla camera è qualcosa di unico. La possibilità di utilizzare la cucina poi ci ha aiutati a risparmiare un po'! Una famiglia deliziosa! Super consigliata!"

"I proprietari sono gentilissimi e la mattina ci hanno preparato il caffè bosniaco. Il letto è molto comodo, c'è privacy, c'è un bollitore a disposizione per scaldare l'acqua. La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e decentrata ma non è difficile raggiungere il centro città."

È stato scomodo il fatto che in bagno non ci fosse un lavandino ma abbiamo usato quello della cucina per lavarci i denti.

Camera un pò piccolina con pochi punti di appoggio. Nulla di grave però ci abbiamo messo un attimo a capire come disporre le valigie in modo da riuscire a muoverci. Un pò cara (soprattutto per gli stardard italiani), considerando la struttura un pò vecchiotta, il bagno in comune e la colazione non inclusa

"La struttura è molto accogliente e la famiglia che gestisce la guest house molto carina e disponibile. La stanza di per sé è carina così come gli spazi esterni. La colazione è davvero buona e abbondante, sempre fresca e fatta sul momento. La posizione è strategica e comoda. I proprietari molto disponibili anche ad organizzare eventuali escursione e dare contatti e consigli."

Purtroppo l’acqua dei bagni è salata, il che per un soggiorno lungo potrebbe diventare un po’ scomodo. Inoltre il letto e i cuscini erano tanto umidi, forse a causa dell’umidità esterna ma anche perché abbastanza vecchi.

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht komplett zentral und die Bettwäsche hat etwas komisch gerochen. Ansonsten war aber alles super!

In camera si trovano tutti i confort per il raffrescamento (condizionatore, ventilatore, deumidificatore) essendo al nord ed avendo una media temperature più bassa (a gennaio circa 15 gradi di media a notte nel nostro soggiorno) consiglio la possibilità di riscaldamento

"We are visiting from Australia and this was a perfect place to stay for over a week. Lovely host who was so kind. The guesthouse is only a 5 min walk to a lovely restaurant and another 5 mins to centre of town yet it’s so peaceful. Room was very clean and comfortable with great aircon. A lounge area is available with tea/coffee, fridge and microwave. Lovely outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse."

Guy called me ahead of arrival to tell me about location / access etc, and was the perfect host when we arrived. He had even set up the room TV including Netflix to our language. The rooms were not only spotless but modern with an elegant touch. Would definitely recommend."

"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

"Chambre spacieuse, cocooning, propre, fonctionnelle, tres bien equipée, bien située et au calme. Conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Bon petit dejeuner complet deposé devant la chambre. Pain et viennoiseries extra. Stationnement pratique devant le portail dans une impasse. Anne est reactive, chaleureuse, attentionnée et de bons conseils. À refaire aux beaux jours pour profiter des velos et de la sympathique petite terrasse☀️"

"Breakfast was very good. The beach was very clean. The room was smaller than what I thought it would be. The staff was very friendly and very helpful."

"Una bella casa familiare, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, con camere spaziose e aria condizionata. Solo uno degli host parla inglese ma con il telefono ci siamo capiti benissimo anche con la signora che è meravigliosa e vi preparerà delle ottime colazioni. Volendo si può anche cenare da loro, dicendoglielo con un po' di anticipo, fanno il barbecue tipico, non abbiamo potuto usufruirne per motivi organizzativi ma secondo me ne sarebbe valsa la pena. Consigliato."

"We enjoyed our stay at Tequila Sunrise. Timmi, the owner, is quite friendly and helpful. Her house is colorful and stands out in the neighborhood. The room seems very new. It is spotlessly clean, large, and includes a complete kitchen. It has all the appliances you could possibly use. There is a very large bottle of drinking water so you will never be thirsty. The air conditioning is strong and the TV has many channels. I would recommend this this lodging to anyone staying in Antigua."

"My room was wonderful, airy, comfortable, clean with touches of local culture. Kevin was an excellent host, always cheerful, smiling, helpful. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. The verandas are perfect. It was a great opportunity to stay amidst the local indigenous culture."

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."

"We had the most amazing time at the Vera Sunset Homestay. Phonephet and his family are very friendly and the island is perfect for a few days off the beaten path. You can just relax in your hammock all day or explore the rural island and play football with the village kids. The food was very good and fresh. The standard of the bungalows is basic and in line with the price. Definitely one of our highlights in hole SOA and we can't wait to come again!"

Julia e il suo staff si prodigano oltre il necessario per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. La colazione è un poco scarsa ma poi durante la giornata sono sempre disponibili thè e caffè con piccoli pasticcini. Ci é stato inoltre offerto il transfer da e per l’aeroporto, molto gradito. Grazie"
