"Clean room in a lovely African style compound. Attentive staff and friendly owners. Pool was kept clean. Breakfast was good too. Quiet neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to the beach Home away from home."

"There was no mosquito nets on the windows so to cool down you have to use the aircon which was very loud. The bathroom/ shower room is very small so it all gets wet, but not a problem for us."

"This is my favorite spot in the Gambia and really feels like my second home. It is comfortable, safe and clean. Staff is friendly in a professional way and will help you find a solution to any problem. Salifs food is always delicious. The pool in nice and clean. The neighbpurhood is safe and it is possible to mert locals in a relaxed way if you want. This time I travelled with my 8 year old daughter and she loved the experience."

"Great welcoming staff, lovely pool to relax and cool down, fantastic breakfast including eggs and fruit salad. We were the only guests there as low season and staff very accommodating to our needs. It was the Euro championship final and they made sure some of our party could watch the final on tv. Rooms were very clean and well care for. Bedding very comfortable on main room. Swimming pool is small but very clean and deep so you can swim. They turn on the lights at night if you fancy swimming then Very convenient for local transport to local day trips and close to many restaurants/bars and minimarkets"

"We had the family room which includes a large king bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Fantastic AC in the bedroom but no AC in the living room so those who slept in the living room were not happy. It would have been better to have two rooms after all. this was not made clear Everything else is very good"

"Nice room, clean, welcoming hosts, good breakfast, nice pool. Tea and coffee always available. Location is a 15 minute walk from the beach. A 2 minute walk to a couple of good mini-markets. We really enjoyed our stay!"
