"Colazione buona e a buffet. Possibilità di consumarla in esterno, nel dehor della struttura. Posizione ottima perché è a tre minuti dalla piazza principale di Kutaiisi, a cinque dal mercato e 15 di cammino per arrivare alla cattedrale. Personale splendido. Ha organizzato tutto ciò che abbiamo richiesto e ci ha aiutato in ogni modo dandoci anche info su luoghi da visitare nei dintorni."

"The location is great, near the city centre, there's a 0-24 open shop next to it, so it couldn't be better. The staff is friendly and flexible with great English skills. There's everything you need for your trip, if you want a safe place to sleep and refresh somewhere between adventures. Great price for value. Good wifi and air conditioning."
"Other reviews talked about the smell in the bathroom and it's true, but it's not unique to this hotel, we could smell it in fancy restaurants' and other hotels' toilets in Georgia, so it can be a universal plumbing thing or I don't know, but it's not that unbearable at all there. At the weekend there were people partying in the yard, we enjoyed and could sleep despite this, but if you are sensitive to noises maybe it's not your place to stay."

"I must say a majority of the score goes to their staff - very responsive and helpful and willing to take time to solve guests’ problems. Secured for us a taxi transfer in the dawn to the airport. Great service overall. Other than that the location is great, and the room is spacious."
