"Only a 10min walk to the main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 8n the evening we sat on the balcony drinking a couple of beers, watching an electrical storm in the distance. We really enjoyed our stay."

"It was a last minute booking, I only knew I wanted to be close to the white bridge but not into the more noisy touristic places. It turned out to be a perfect location. They - Megi and her family - have the most adorable dog and are very relaxed and nice people. The rooms are at the first level (2nd floor for US) I personally liked my room cause there was morning light to wake up with. In the heat the silent A/C was welcome. There is a common balcony with a nice view - lots of greenery - and a kitchen with the basics. It's limited but enough. Coffeemaker/grill/toaster/mini-oven all in one. Good value for price-quality"

"we stayed at zarzma for 4 nights to visit kutaisi and the surrounding areas. the stay is nice, clean, quiet and the host was really nice and made is really nice and traditional breakfast which was so delicoious. we were really happy to stay at zarzma (and the young dog was so cute as well). we had a nice view from our room, its close to the centre (about 10-15 min walk) and we enjoyed our stay a lot! we’d love to come back if we stayed in kutaisi again. only the shower took a while to get hot (but it got hot anyway!). but for the price it’s a real go-to!!!"

"Parcheggio facilissimo, stanza come da foto, bagno perfetto, a disposizione anche un frigo e una bella terrazza dove godersi una birra nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi."

"La signora è gentilissima. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte e siamo stati benissimo. Camere comode bagni puliti e dotati di tutto. Colazione ottima! La signora ci ha anche aiutato con un piccolo problema all'auto. La casa è veramente bella e ben tenuta."

"Отдыхали в августе и поначалу приехав, несколько расстроились - в Уреки в это время полно народу. Идешь до пляжа - толпы людей, достаточно грязно, машины припаркованы друг на друге. Но денек привыкли и перестали это замечать. Сам Дом располагается на краю Уреки, поэтому достаточно спокойно. В доме и на участке - Красивые обеденная, мангальная зоны, зона отдыха на террасе второго этажа. Интерьер подобран со вкусом. Кухня хорошо скомплектована - 2 плиты, 2 раковины, 3 холодильника, шкаф полный посудой."
