"Lovely and cosy in a great spot. Room was comfortable and clean with fabulous views over the roof tops to the sea. We had a lovely warm welcome and the breakfast was delicious on both mornings. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Would recommend this gorgeous place."

"Fabulous location; only a 10/15 minute stroll along the river to the centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good size room and bathroom, with plenty of storage space in the bedroom. We were easily able to access the parking."
"I found the cooked breakfast to be average, with the sausages etc not of the highest quality, although my husband happily tucked into it. We both found the room to be inexplicably warm (it wasn't overly hot outside and the window was open the whole time we were there) , making it a little difficult to sleep."

"Not a personal criticism but making sure to let others know that the property would not be suitable for access by wheelchair users or those who might find a narrow staircase to upper rooms difficult to negotiate. It is ideal for reasonably active couples."
"Wonderful guest house in a really nice location, with excellent hosts. The room (5) was comfortable and had some very nice little extras. Breakfast was quality with plenty of choices and a die for fill English as well. Parking is free and on the street, which isn’t or shouldn’t be an issue."

"We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ian and we were offered a room with a sea view and a four poster bed. Arriving at Tall Storeys we managed to park very nearby and were given a two day holiday visitor parking permit. The hotel was in a great location near to the harbour and the castle so well placed for the North and South Bays. The breakfast was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ian and Morna were very friendly hosts and we would higher recommend their establishment to anyone visiting the area."

"A lovely home from home, with a feeling of stepping back in time. We visited in August, no problem parking outside the house. The breakfast was AMAZING, my partner said the full English was the best he had."

"È una tipica British house. La colazione è fatta in casa ed è ottima: continental per tutti e per chi vuole può prendere anche il full British . Ho visto anche il gluten free per celiaci. Lo staff è gentile. La stanza è pulita. L'hotel è vicino al centro."
"Nice location right by the high street close to pubs and restaurants great feature have the suite with a bath in the bedroom as well as have a walk in shower in the bathroom soak and watch tv on the big tv it’s basically a posh studio flat. Great choice of breakfast if you go for it."
