"Very cosy, clean and family run hotel. My room was on the first floor, newly decorated and had everything I needed, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryer, good size TV, towels and complimentary toiletries. Amazing breakfast, selection was brilliant, fruit juice, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, full cooked breakfast, toast with assorted jams and marmalade even marmite if you wanted, tea and coffee, basically anything you wanted you could have. Brilliant location for North Bay, open air theatre, Peasholme park, walking distance to Marine Drive, 10 minutes if that. Would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10"
