"Location is perfect distance to the train station, and about a 10 minute walk to the promenade and lots of good restaurants. The host and owner were both kind and very helpful. The terrace is great in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable ☺️"

"We couldn’t have the air conditioning on while out of the apartment, but this was made clear to us. It is understandable and similar to having a key that powers in other places."

"Wir waren für 8 Nächte im Val Roya Terrasse. Schon nach der Reservierung hatten wir einen sehr freundlichen Austausch mit Daniel. Empfangen wurden wir durch Thierry der jederzeit zur Verfügung geh stand. Die Wohnung selber hat eine perfekte Lage für Ausflüge (5 min zum Bahnhof und ca. 10 min an den Strand, Bäcker und Einkauf, Restaurants in direkter Umgebung). Es war alles vorhanden, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir haben auch sehr gut geschlafen und dank der Klimaanlage, kann man auch die Fenster schließen und hat Nachts mehr Ruhe zum schlafen. Der Fahrstuhl ist zwar klein (Max für 3 Personen), ist aber ideal da die Wohnung im 6. OG ist, mit prima Blick über Nizza. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum entspannten beisammen sein und grillen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch wiederkommen."

"Thierry und Daniel waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Strand. Appartement perfekt für 4 Personen, sehr gemütlich, super Terrasse, toll ausgestattete Küche."

"Manche Sesseln auf der Terrasse sind schon sehr verbraucht, Achtung bei der Benutzung. Lästig war die automatische Bewässerung auf der Terrasse, denn danach stand immer das Wasser am Boden. Es war grundsätzlich sauber, ist aber Luft nach oben. Das Licht im Badezimmer beim Waschbecken hat nicht funktioniert."
