"This was an excellent place to stay, it is located very close to one of the main tram lines into Nice and Eric was extremely helpful. When we arrived he put all of the facilities at our disposal, was very friendly, and provided all the information that we could have wanted from leaflets of local attractions to suggestions of what to do and eat in the city. All in all, very happy with our decision to stay here."

"The apartment is within walking distance of the city center. The owner is a nice and attentive man. The room is quite small, but for this price it is normal. It was a huge bonus that we woke up every morning to the sound of birds singing outside the window."

"I enjoyed my stay at Eric's, it was exactly as pictured in the description. The apartment is conveniently located not far from the city center (15-20 min walk), close to shops, public transport and good restaurants, which is nice if you feel like hanging out there. The place is very spacious and offers all amenities you could wish for. A bed is big and comfy and the area is quiet, so you can relax after exploring the cite all day long. And each morning I woke up to the sound of the birds chirping, that was amazing)) Eric is really nice, friendly and welcoming. He makes you feel very comfortable and and ease. I would totally recommend this place."
