"Casa molto pulita, accogliente, tutto ben allestito al nostro arrivo. Si trova in zona centralissima. Rispetto a tante soluzioni in particolare in Francia è davvero ampia trattandosi di un loft con soppalco."

"Bisogna considerare oltre al costo della casa quello del parcheggio (il più vicino Palazzo di justizia) a 25 euro al giorno. Personalmente aggiungerei qualche attaccapanni a muro almeno nel bagno. Il tavolo in 4 è scomodo per riuscire a mangiare."

"The apartment is located next to a local food market, just a few steps from the sea in Nice. It’s very clean. However, it’s on a high floor (around the 4th) without an elevator, so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues."

"The location of the apartment was perfect to see many popular places and commute easily. There were some extras left at the place (like shampoo, tea and coffee) which was a nice gesture. The kitchen had all that you needed to make a quick meal at home. The internet was quite good. The apartment owner always picked up my calls and was really friendly."

"Even though the owner picked calls, she didn't reply to my messages, so that's something to keep in mind. The apartment looked bigger in pictures but it wasn't a major problem or anything. What bothered me the most was probably the door lock, it was really difficult to lock and unlock it. The bathroom's door was a bit run-down too. The room could use better lighting as well."

"The flat had absolutely everything we could have possible need including all kinds of pans, washing machine, latte hair dryer. The place was really clean and it was easy to check in. The location is phenomenal just steps away from the promenade and most important spots"

"It was located centrally but was out of the way. It was quiet. The apartment was ideal size for the two of us. We cooked there one evening and had everything we needed."

"The amount of stairs there were to get to the room! Obviously nothing can be done about this and it was stated it was on the top floor so it wasn't unexpected. This is not a negative in any way, more of a personal thing."
