"Very clean and modern apartment on the beach promenade. Nice balcony with excellent views. Well-equipped. Location just next to tram stop for airport and city center. Grocery store just around the corner."

"Not the easiest building and flat to understand the logic of using the elevator and locking system but it’s not the first time in France to get a little confused with those issues. Some curtains in the flat would be nice since there is a lot of lighting outside on the promenade in the night time."

We especially loved the open layout of the apartment — the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The sea view was a highlight, offering stunning sunsets each evening. Communication with David was quick and smooth, and he provided clear instructions for everything. The large terrace was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine. Highly recommended!"

Massive bathroom with the Bathtub . Fantastic kitchen cabinet . 2 decent size Bedrooms . Everything is walkable from this property ( restaurants , cafe, convinience store is right behind the building , bus station right below and tram station right behind the building, nice old town ) Very responsive and helpful Host ."

"Although the location is a little far from old city, but still good. Can reach to city 10 min by car. And there are many mart and restaurant around residence. Newry renovated, it is very clean."
