"La comodità dell'hotel dalla spiaggia, 50 m, dal centro con metro 10 min solo 3, 8 km, i servizi, e la gentilezza del gerente, veramente eccezionale, la camera vista mare, .. Splendida e pulita... Cosa si vuole in più da un 2vstelle???!!!e...prezzo incomparabile con altri 2vstelke o addirittura 1 stella.. Cosa dire... Da ritornare"

"L'hotel è in una posizione incredibilmente comoda per tutti i servizi. A pochi metri ci sono: parcheggio pubblico aperto 24h (molto comodo visto che a Nizza non è così semplice parcheggiare), fermata del tram L2 e dell'autobus 12 e, soprattutto, la spiaggia è di fronte all'hotel. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite; il bagno è molto piccolo ma funzionale."

"La zona reception, anche se minuscola, potrebbe essere più curata ed ordinata. Fatto questo il mio voto sarebbe stato il massimo."

"L'hotel ha una vista stupenda sulla promenade. Ottima posizione per tutti gli spostamenti, sia a piedi che con tram e autobus grazie a diverse fermate situate a pochi metri dalla struttura. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e gentile, sempre disponibile. Le stanze hanno tutto il necessario e le pulizie vengono effettuate tutti i giorni. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Davvero consigliatissimo!!!"

"The location and the view was just breathtaking taking away. the room was just perfect. The owner was just amazing. Had the best stay in Nice ever. Been to Nice 4 times in one year. This one was the most welcoming place. The owner was the most polite host ever, he met all our meets. I will be staying here next year again that's for sure. Perfect place for sunrise and sunset lovers. Having read about toilet size, all depending on what size you are really, we had no problem. If you are bigger than average, you may struggle, simple. The room was cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday. Clean plates and cups. Bed very comfortable and the pillows good as well. Had great night sleep as well. It can get loud outside but you are at the main road, what do you expect. I stayed in 4 different parts of Nice this year. At the end of the day it's a city! Gets dusty if you leave the window open all day, obviously."

"It was a sweet little hotel. Not a chain but family run. Its not a 5 star, nor does it claim to be! Its cheap and cheerful and right on the beach with some lovely shops and bakeries and coffee shops about. Its also very near a train stop so is very very easy to get to and from airport and out and about."

"I like the view very very much. Last year I stayed at the same place. Ealier in my life I have been to Nice and other places along the Côte d`Azur. Promenade des Anglaise is "the best" in my opinion.. it is magnificent."
