"Ottima posizione, appartamento fornito di ogni confort. Il proprietario gentilissimo ha spiegato tutto persino consigliato cosa andare a vedere e ristoranti. Se venite in auto vi consiglio di fare abbonamento al parcheggio, poichè in costa azzurra i parcheggi sono costosi."

"We love the modern and comfortable furnishings. In the Old Town yet it’s not noisy and we felt secure. So close to The Prom. The apartment is spacious and everything works. KARIM , our host is kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for the tips. Communication with host was excellent. Will stay there again if we’re in Nice. Location was excellent. No elevator but it’s ok . We managed ."

"The unit was spacious and clean and our host Karim included some lovely welcome gifts of chilled wine, juice, milk and water in our fridge. He met us at the apartment and took his time walking us through all the unit’s amenities. He even sat with us so we could ask some questions about the local area and where to visit. Karim was so welcoming and nothing was a problem for him to answer. The unit included a large amount of toiletries, and the air con worked perfectly. Our stay in Nice was devine, the Old Town is the best place to stay as a first time visitor, the location of the unit was so conveniently placed in proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for having us and we will return!"

"Location is amazing! It is in the heart of old Nice and everything is just a short walking distance away! Karim who hosted us gave us wine, water and juice and welcomed us really well! He explained to us all and gave us initial information about visits, what we can see but also gave is important advices about our initial plan. I recommend it, apartmant is new, everything is clean and great for 4 people."

"Location was superb and the apartment was spacious and had been renovated so it was super clean and modern. Everything was spotless and worked well, and all the small touches were spot-on. The host - Karim - was really friendly and easy to communicate with. We travel a lot and this was one of our all-time favorite stays."

"We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment! The location was unbeatable. right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of many lovely restaurants. The host Karim was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He shared a detailed list of nearby restaurants, beaches, villages, and cities that we could visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you need, especially if you plan on cooking during your stay. There were even some thoughtful touches like juices and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival."
