"Great location and good value for money. Expect a local private cosy apartment - as if shared by a friend in Nice (not sterile hotel-like room). Sophie was very kind and let me check out really late (I had an evening flight), which helped me enjoy the full day!"

"The bed was ok for me, but probably not good for someone who needs a very comfortable bed. The bed sheets and towels - better if they would be standard white color, hotel-like feel for guests (not coloured), but its just a personal preference."

"A very cozy accomodation near to everything. Beach and old town are available by walk or with public transportation easily. In a very good, safe part of the city. There’s elevator in the building and the building itself is very tidy as well. The communication with the host is very convinient and check in and check out are very smooth process. Yes, it’s a little bit noisy at night but with earplugs I slept very well. :) It was a really pleasant stay!"

"Very clean apartment, perfect for a city trip. 10 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the beach. I would recommend to sleep with earplugs as at the evening you can hear a music from the center, but with earplugs I slept very well. Sonia, the owner, was on the phone and very helpful."
