"Modern, Immaculate and very spacious villa, quality furnishings throughout and the most comfortable beds ever! Was great to have the washing machine upstairs especially as 6 of us. Kitchen had large fridge freezer. Hob/oven Microwave, toaster, coffee machines, dishwasher everything was home from home . The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. BBQ area we used. Pool really clean . Owner was only a message away and checked by WhatsApp as to how things were going. His instructions to get to the villa, codes and the transfers each way he arranged were great"

"Property was very comfortable and clean. Pool was excellent and very clean. Great location for accessing local amenities. Air conditioning in bedrooms was excellent. Master bedroom has lovely balcony with very comfortable furniture and perfect views. Staff were excellent and easily contactable."

"Overall the property was great, we stayed for 10 nights. Slight downside was that 2 of the nights there was events on in the Starlight Garden across the road which was very noisy until 4am. Air conditioning in the ground floor of the property would make it much more comfortable. There is a fan but it doesn’t help much."

"Our second time back to this villa, and not our last. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is perfect, about 7 min walk to the bars and restaurants. Supermarket down the road. It's clean inside, and the pool is kept clean throughout our stay. We we're well looked after by George our host. All my family were sad to leave."

"This villa is great value for money. The kitchen was well equipped, there was tea and coffee, as well as chilled water in the fridge. There was plenty of dining space inside and several areas outside to choose from. The pool has the sun on it all day, and was clean and refreshing, and a sound system which was a bonus. The views were great, on all levels, especially the roof garden, from the sea, to St.Elias, sun rise and sunset. The location was great, although we hired a car, you wouldn’t need to, as the Protaras strip and beach is approx. 5-10min walk, and there is a regular bus services to many places. The host, George, was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great Location in the central part of Protaras but at the same time in a very quiet and peaceful area, close to the nice restaurants and walking distance to the great Fig Tree Bay beach! The villa has absolutely everything you need for your stay. Large swimming pool, corner with barbecue, large terrace with sofas and a view of the sea. The owner is very attentive and responsive. I highly recommend this place! I would gladly come back here again."

"Villa Spathele was beyond perfect for my family. Although near a main road, it was very peaceful. The views are amazing. We watched the sunset from the roof terrace. The pool was lovely and warm, and it was nice to listen to music from the outdoor speakers. We arrived late so it was nice that there were drinks already in the fridge. The villa is well equipped. The beds are so comfy. There is a shortcut to the strip, which took approx 8 mins to walk to the main bars, restaurants, and shops. George was a great host. We were all sad when it was time to leave."

"Great location, walking distance to the beach and the strip, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The house is clean, comfortabele and has everything you need. Great host that was available for advice if needed. We all (5 people: two 50plus and 3 young adults) had a wonderfull vacation."

"We enjoyed our stay, you are close enough to walk to restaurants but not too close you are bothered by noise. The villa is clean and comfortable with most of the things you need, if you need anything else you can ask. We got prompt responses to any messages during our stay with fairly quick fixes. We would stay again!"

"There is no AC in the living spaces, it got a little hot, especially for the kids when they were eating meals and taking time out from the pool."
