"The position of the villa was perfect, not overlooked and very peaceful with a large pool and terrace. I have stayed at the villa next door several times so I know the area of kapparris is lovely, friendly people and several bars/restaurants and busy resort of Protaras only a short car ride away."

"Villa overlooks farmers fields and in September there was a lot of planting, digging and setting up poly tunnels and sometimes the noise was extremely loud... but it was only occasionally. The not being overlooked outweighed the noise most definitely"

"Wonderful villa, perfect location.. within walking distance to the sea, shops, restaurants & the best bakery in Cyprus (Zorbas). Clean, peaceful & secluded. Amazing communication from the host. Would definitely come back. Thank you"

"The view and location is phenomenal, I barely have the words to express how much I enjoyed waking up and sitting on the balcony to watch the waves crashing, especially with great views of the shipwreck. Around the corner is a beautiful and secluded little beach 'cove' we found, less than a 5 minute walk even with two little ones. The pool is beautiful and easily the prettiest one we saw in the area. The main floor of the villa is really open plan which is amazing for large family groups, as even when cooking I still felt part of everything. It's close to lots of amenities, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle."

"La casa è bellissima, terrazzo spettacolare vista mare, in un posto super tranquillo. Dora e sua figlia sono state fantastiche, sempre pronte ad aiutarci e a darci consigli. A soli 2 minuti di macchina ci sono già alcune spiagge ed è in una posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare l'isola."

"Great property, with a private pool and plenty of space if you’re travelling as a group. Just a short walk from Kalamies beach which is beautiful and plenty of local shops/restaurants to explore. Host also granted us a late check out on request which was hugely appreciated."

"Very comfortable. I was on my own but can appreciate that there would be plenty of space for a few people or family sharing. The village Timi. This village is very quite. A couple of bars in the center have closed down. A couple of cafes are open mainly used by the locals. There is a small super market and a pharmacy. Two excellent restaurants within walking distance. First the Alati, great staff, bingo on Mondays (if that is your thing) very popular with the British ex-pats. Sometimes live music. The Londos Perasma, great food, gets busy. A market on Sundays."

"La struttura è vicinissima a Makronissos Beach (a piedi) mentre per arrivare ad Agya Napa c'è bisogno della macchina o del bus che arriva davanti all'hotel. Grossa struttura di recente costruzione o almeno rinnovata tipica dei grandi holiday resorts. Zona molto tranquilla e sicura con un supermarket davanti e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. La struttura ha una grande zona ristoro, bar all'aperto, piscina e altro. Sicuramente molto consigliato, soprattutto per la zona tranquilla fuori dal caos di Napa. Ha anche un buon parcheggio."
