"Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment at a perfect location - close to the center but away from the noise. Kitchen fully equipped so we cooked a lot at home. The kettle broke during our stay and a new one was organized immediately."

One thing - but this is quite common in Santa Maria - no smoke alarms (as far as I could see) and the door downstairs can only open with a key. It would be safer and easier if it would open without a key from the inside.

"Probably one of the best studio appartments in praia with very comfortable terasse space and cozy appartment. Very new interior, very clean. Two bathrooms. Pool with great view over cidadela and the ocean (tv at pool as well ß). Very friendly host family living in the same house. We dindnt spoke some of their languages, but worked perfect. They recommended us a taxi driver (Valdo) on our request - very calm and good guy."

We was there in januar where wind is strong in 6th floor some days. Pool wearher was only 2-3 times we where there, but hey, winter… Water pressure was bit weak sometimes - the you have to wait half a minute to start your shower.

"Für 2 Leute geräumige Wohnung mit recht gut ausgestatteter Küche. Verhältnismäßig ruhig, Hundegebell abends, aber nach 10:00 Ruhe. Wohnung sehr sauber, Fenster zum kleinen Innenhof mit der Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu trocknen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe."

Die Lage ist schon weit weg vom Zentrum. Keine Wohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Schlüsselübergabe nicht ganz einfach. Ein vom Vermieter bestelltes Taxi sollte uns am Flugplatz abholen, klappte aber nicht, weil der Fahrer den Namen vergessen hatte. Kann man dem Vermieter aber nicht anlasten. Kein Aussenfenster, nur zum kleinen Innenhof, aber eher landestypisch.

"It's a secluded apartment which cuts out noise and gave me privacy, which was much appreciated. It had everything I needed for my stay: good bed, clean bathroom, cooker, fridge. Staff are super friendly and with that empathy which makes communication possible even if you don't share a language."

"Our host Camila was fantastic, always ready to help. She recommended good places where to eat. Also, we were able to check-in earlier. That was very much appreciated after travelling the whole night. The apartment is new, comfortable and well equipped. The wifi worked very well. The MedSal residence is located not in center, but it takes only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre and to the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend to other quests."

Maybe the surrounding is not beautiful, but we understand that there are reconstructions going on....

"This place is really charming. Very spacious, well equipped. Our host was very helpful and nice, really exceptional. The apartment is close to the cafes, restaurants, beaches and the surrounding is safe and quiet. Definately worth visiting!"
