Stanze in case private a Capo Verde

"Stare insieme ad una famiglia locale è stata un'esperienza fantastica, non ho trovato solo un posto dove stare ma anche una famiglia! Sono stati tutti molto accoglienti ed attenti, il cibo era fantastico, molto locale. L'alloggio era minimal ma esattamente come me lo aspettavo, esattamente l'opposto del resort!"

"Andare ad Overvoll Farm é un'esperienza! Kristine è molto socievole e facilita la convivialità tra i propri ospiti, a prescindere dalla provenienza. Si tratta di una casetta caratteristica, a un quarto d'ora da Hellysilt.... ovviamente, se non si ha l'auto, il posto non è raggiungibile. Ambienti comuni curati e puliti, piccola cucina a disposizione degli ospiti."

Per il rapporto qualità prezzo italiano, la cena ci è sembrata un po' cara. A noi sono stati serviti degli ottimi e variopinti antipasti di frutta e verdura del suo orto, un gulasch e delle patate pasticciate al forno (piuttosto crude), un dolce con composta di mela e gelato.

"Struttura molto semplice, essenziale, ma tutto perfetto e in mezzo al verde. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, Francisco è una persona meravigliosa! Ci hanno aiutato in tutto per organizzare la nostra giornata al parco Corcovado. Francisco è venuto fino in spiaggia per prenderci e accompagnarci a piedi alla struttura. Cucina e frigo a disposizione degli ospiti."

Ich persönlich bin kein Freund von Gemeinschaftsbad und -küche (war aber unmissverständlich so deklariert ;-) ).

I did not like that there were no mats on the bedroom floor or kitchen. No dish soap, no hands soap, no paper towel or even a kitchen towel. I been to one air BNB and two hotels and only blue star provided nothing for their guests. I was shocked but it is what it is. I learnt so I know now what to expect should I book it against. All in all it was a great stay and a beautiful place.

"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

"Great property in a very quiet location, though still close to the restaurants. Francis has taken personal care of us. House is lovely, clean, kitchen is well equiped. We took tour with Francis as well, both were wonderfull. You can spend your time at the beach and will be there alone most of the time, since the property is small (pls note that swimming is not recommend, as pretty much everywhere on this island). We have very much enjoyed our vacation there."

"Una bella casa familiare, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, con camere spaziose e aria condizionata. Solo uno degli host parla inglese ma con il telefono ci siamo capiti benissimo anche con la signora che è meravigliosa e vi preparerà delle ottime colazioni. Volendo si può anche cenare da loro, dicendoglielo con un po' di anticipo, fanno il barbecue tipico, non abbiamo potuto usufruirne per motivi organizzativi ma secondo me ne sarebbe valsa la pena. Consigliato."

"This property and the owners, are now our favorite in Martinique. We were welcomed after a long day of travel. The owners kindly left us fruit, coffee, juice and a baguette for breakfast with the local tasty guave jam. So thoughtful. The house provided good size rooms, very comfortable Caribbean chairs, nice large bed, and wonderful outdoor seating with lush greenery, meticulously cared for, outside. To sit and have coffee and watch hummingbirds and others, while we looked at many kinds of tropical flowers was a great experience daily. Everything we wanted and needed in the house was at our fingertips. So much Martinique charm! We highly recommend to anyone visiting Martinique. And a short drive to the beaches, Jardin Balata, and top things to see on the island."

La colazione è davvero buona e abbondante, sempre fresca e fatta sul momento. La posizione è strategica e comoda. I proprietari molto disponibili anche ad organizzare eventuali escursione e dare contatti e consigli."

Purtroppo l’acqua dei bagni è salata, il che per un soggiorno lungo potrebbe diventare un po’ scomodo. Inoltre il letto e i cuscini erano tanto umidi, forse a causa dell’umidità esterna ma anche perché abbastanza vecchi.

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht komplett zentral und die Bettwäsche hat etwas komisch gerochen. Ansonsten war aber alles super!

"性價比非常高，在跨年連假每間飯店都誇張亂漲房價的時候，只有這間飯店提供合理的價格，真的很棒！ 房間跟陽台都非常大，隱密性也不錯，床雖然很軟但支撐性很高，睡得很好。 房間還有提供冷暖氣，風量很大也很強；浴室也很大，且水熱得速度很快，水壓也不錯，且淋浴間地板有止滑，很棒。 有很多停車位，附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，民宿外的草地區也讓人很放鬆。 沒有提供冰塊，但跟住宿方詢問就會提供，滿棒的，住宿還有提供飲水機甚至是電梯，很棒。 另外個人常常覺得住宿提供的肥皂太大塊，沒用完很浪費，此住宿提供的肥皂較小，比較環保，退房沒用完也不會心疼。"

櫃檯的右側有貼歡迎使用信用卡字樣，實際到現場卻無法刷卡只能付現，這點讓人不是很愉快。 C/I時間只到晚上九點，不確定九點過後是否還能入住，八點半左右就接到民宿方來電詢問是否要抵達了，讓人有壓力。 住宿本身非常安靜，但有遇到帶小孩的旅客小孩早上一直狂跑亂跳，也有遇到早上約七點開始使用鐵槌敲東西的聲音，雖然都被吵醒，但聲音都沒有持續很久。 另外個人覺得房內的沙發很硬。

"Very good location, close to the city beach , 5 min on foot. There is a pool on property which is very practical when it is hot during the day and you do not feel like walking to the beach. An outdoor kitchen is available, there is a gas stove, BBQ place etc, very useful for people wanting to cook. The apartment is clean, spacious and right for our group. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to help when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers! Thank you Safar guest house!"

"Abbiamo scelto questo posto principalmente per la vista e abbiamo trovato proprio quello, ed era anche meglio dal vivo. La stanza era abbastanza grande e molto pulita. La signora che ci ha accolto era molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Si vedeva che il lavoro che fa lo fa per vuole far sentire i suoi ospiti proprio come a casa. Un punto a favore sicuramente è il parcheggio con la sorveglianza, per la sicurezza."
