"The bed was very comfortable, the AC was excellent, and the terrace and balcony were beautiful. We loved that a cooler, beach chairs, bug spray, sunblock, water, coozies, and bag were provided. We didn't use it, but I appreciated the washer/dryer available in the unit if needed."

"Although pictures were accurate, we weren't expecting the size of the bedroom to be so small. That being said, the terrace and patio do make up for the space. We were able to enjoy our coffee and breakfast outdoors."

"Location gave great views of the bay and some surrounding islands. Nice sunsets and a frequent visitor, green iguana, in the surrounding vegetation. We even named him Iggy, as we saw him every day from the screened in porch."

"To get the wonderful views, of course the access roads were a small challenge. But renting a Jeep with 4WD was a must."

"This is a lovely, simple rental apartment near Cruz Bay, but just far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable with a nice bed - room is a bit small and no frills, but has what you need, especially if you plan to be out and about most days. The beach chairs, towels and cooler were so helpful! The views are very nice - though if you are looking to stay in and enjoy the view, I’d recommend trying the Honeymoon or Penthouse suites which are on the upper level and seem to have better views. As the description notes, the Papaya suite has more of a garden view - which was fine for us since we were only really there at night! Communication was also great and quick through messaging - though we didn’t meet anyone on site. Note you will need 4WD for the parking lot."
