"Le nostre camere erano in una posizione strategica (blocco n.8). Al nostro arrivo frutta e vino di benvenuto, la camera pulita ed il frigo sempre pieno con pulizia ogni giorno, luminosa e spaziosa. Il cibo non era male. spiaggia ben attrezzata e curata così come anche gli altri spazi comuni."

"iniziando dal ricevimento il ragazzo che mi ha seguito credo il nome sia Ulmut super gentile e professionale ho chiesto camera con vista e nr che desideravo e ha fatto di tutto per accontentarmi. Molte attività sportive durante il giorno yoga , pilates, zumba, crosfit, hamache yoga, immersioni nel ghiaccio per chi è coraggioso è molto altro, dico show serali…ho descritto una parte ma veramente offre molto questa struttura che è impossibile annoiarsi;) i personal trainer delle attività Salem e Bulut dei veri professionisti con molta grinta. Ottima cucina con personale super efficiente"

"The hotel is very big and the structure is very good. There are a lot of food options (including separate Italian and Japanese restaurants available). The variety of cheese, fruits, main dishes, soups, yoghurts, food wise: 10/10! There are also a lot of seats and tables to choose from, inside and outside. The beach is very good but if the sea is rough it can be very dangerous for kids. The facilities at the beach is also phenomenal and toilets, showers, very clean. The bazaars (markets) for shopping are also walkable distance and there’s a lot of things to see and buy. Tours leaving from the hotel can be stunning, such as going to the Turkish Maldives (absolutely amazing!!) The goslemek woman at the beach was very kind and nice and spoke to me in Turkish (although I’m still a beginner!!)"

"it can get very busy at eating times and the restaurant can take sometime to add more plates, cutleries, etc The towel pick up time can be tricky, it closes at 4:30pm and it should be at least 5-6pm The toilets in the reception can get very smelly and the floor wet The beach needs more bins, we picked up a lot of trash along the beach (of course people also need morals and manners) Reception staff: they hardly speak English and it can be a struggle when checking in or asking for information Reception staff also do not tell you where things are in the hotel (remember the hotel is like a world - has everything) so you have to find out as you go through it The lift works fine but needs better cleaning The inside pool isn’t warm The WiFi is not stable at all :("
