"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

"The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized."
