"We had a very positive experience, everyone was so friendly. A special thanks to the staff at the restaurant (Fatim and Celestine) they were adorable and always smiley. They deserve a rise or a promotion, they are the leaving proof of excellent customer service. The security Koné was also friendly and did not hesitate to assist whenever we needed him. Another gem is the guy offering Aqua gym lessons, he was simply amazing. "
"The staff at the reception took ages to lend us the iron that we requested, we waited for ages. It would be nice for the hotel to provide an iron for each room, as it is sometimes needed and is difficult to travel with."
