"Letti comodissimi. Anche se non avevamo la colazione inclusa c'era sempre caffé a disposizione dalla macchinetta, thé caldo e gipfel alla mattina. Ragazza che ci ha accolto molto brava e competente, ci ha parlato in un perfetto italiano. Posizione proprio in centro. Prezzo molto buono. Camera pulitissima! GRAZIE MILLE E A PRESTO!"

"Everything was so nice. The hotel has a bar that serves food, amazing pizza and tacos after a long day of skiing. Staff is lovely and welcoming. The hotel is old but with charm. Comfy and with a lovely mountain view. Our room was in the 4th floor so no noise from the bar. The bathroom has a shampoo, soap and body lotion (considerate for the cold snowy days!), also a hair dryer. All very clean. Ski room accessible from outside. Location is convenient for the bus stop that takes you anywhere you need to go."

"Staff excellent as is the location. Appreciated the free coffee downstairs and croissants in the morning. Place itself is nicely decorated and feels very modern by swiss standards."
"Could've done with more pillows and there's no personal temperature control in the rooms so you just open the window when it gets too hot. I get the whole 'no screens no WiFi' thing but I think they just struggled to create a network and went with it. Don't need a TV WiFi would've been nice."
