"La posizione ottima. Pulizia. Camera con balcone con vista sulle montagne. L'hotel ha accettato i nostri due cani, bovari del bernese e ha fornito tappetini, coperte, ciotole e snack, molto graditi. Il personale del ristorante e delle camere molto gentile."

"We went in May, during low season, so they relocate us to their sister hotel Reuti. It was just next to it and they honoured all my initial booking perks. The view of the balcony was amazing. Beds super comfy. Bathroom was very beautiful and shower warm. Dinner was very tasty. Not expensive for Switzerland."
"Breakfast was good, but didn't have much variety I guess for being low season. We stayed only one night and around 09:00 as I was in the shower, and my partner asleep in bed, someone walked into the room (?cleaning). I couldn't see who it was but I alerted the reception to this and they weren't really able to explain it, apologetic, but no explanation. Just thought it was a bit strange."
