"Struttura nuova, le camere sono ampie, luminose e ben arredate con una meravigliosa vista sul lago di e un tavolino Il personale è gentilissimo, la cucina ottima, io ho provato gli spaghetti e non avevano nulla da invidiare a quelli italiani e la zuppa di quinoa altrettanto gustosa. Ci sono sdraio esterne su un piccolo prato, la vista è incredibile soprattutto all'alba e al tramonto."

"Non è facilissimo da trovare, mancano i cartelli lunga la via principale che sale dal porto. Di notte fa freddo e il termosifone elettrico forse non è sufficiente ma danno piumone e diverse coperte quindi una volta nel letto è fatta!"

"Beautiful room, Sonia and family were fantastic. Those windows and the views absolutely makes the hike up all those stairs well worth it. Comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and a heater was available to warm the room as night settled in. One of the best places we stayed on our travels throughout Bolivia."

"This is my second stay at Utasawa. I loved everything about it last time and this time is no different. The rooms are fabulous with the most incredible views. They are beautifully finished and very spacious and comfortable but the best thing about Utasawa is the owner and her family. They can’t do enough for you and are always so friendly and accommodating."

"Beautiful room with a gorgeous view of the lake and snowcapped mountains. Really lovely and helpful hosts who helped us arrange a boat to the end of the island so we could hike back. Fabulous breakfasts. They also sorted out donkeys to bring our luggage up the steps to the lodge from the port. Unless you are super-human this absolutely necessary in this thin air. There are a lot of local cafes and restaurants, but you need to be prepared to walk further up the hill for these. We stayed 3 nights which allowed us to relax and really enjoy this beautiful island."

"The dining area could be chilly but there were heaters in the rooms. The shower was a bit temperamental but most of the time we had hot showers. You need to be prepared for the effects of the altitude."

"This is paradise on earth. The owner Sonia is super nice and happy to help. The room has the best views you can imagine. Also, you can enjoy the restaurant of this lodge if you like. Plus, the breakfast is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"It was cold as hell when we were there (because it was winter) so it would have been nice to have a better heater and maybe to have the fire lit in the restaurant. We would probably have sat in there buyng drinks all night every night! But this did not stop us loving our time at Utasawa, and I would definitely recommend staying here."
