"We had a lovely stay at the Little Palace BNB as we felt right at home. The view of Grande Anse Beach from the balcony is fantastic. Peter's breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and gave us a real taste of Grenadan cuisine."

Bathroom has mouldy smell, so needs to open window for ventilation. The building doesn’t have elevator, so if you have big luggage, it will be an issue to move your luggage.

"Easy access to town in c 10 minutes, quiet location, fabulous mountain views with a great sheltered outside seating area. Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

"The place is nicely decorated, very tidy and in a quiet safe area but little far from the sea. For people which like waliking like me is ok. Also can rent bike for free. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and you could also order some food for lunch at a good price. Manja is an excellent cook and prepares local specialties. Internet was mostly ok. The pool was clean and a very relaxing place to spend time."

Sometimes a problem with taxis. Some of them don't know this place. You have to negotiate the price which can be very diffrent. (from 100 to 500 dalasies).

"La mia terza volta in questa struttura, la camera non era ai livelli delle ultime volte, il wifi prendeva poco, e il bagno lasciava un po' a desiderare, ma la proprietà si è subito offerta di cambiarmi alloggio, anche se non ne ho approfittato perché alla fine sono stato bene comunque."

Diciamo che vale i soldi che paghi... bagni da rivedere completamente, ho dovuto cambiare stanza perché l'acqua calda non funzionava nella prima che mi era stata data (la signora ha provveduto immediatamente a spostarmi). Con un pó di budget potrebber essere un gioiellino anche perché le stanza al piano di sotto hanno uno stile coloniale molto carino.

"Nel complesso un giudizio più che positivo! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Basico ma pulito e molt ocomodo per esplorare la città e sopratutto per l'aereoporto. Lo staff e il propietario davvero gentilissimi, e sempre molto disponibili per qualsiasi piccolo problema. Lo consiglio vivamente. La posizione è molto comoda anche per la sera, inquanto a pochi passi ci sono molti ristorantini, bar e locali dove poter cenare, bere qualcosa e piccoi centri commerciali per lo shopping. "The house is in a glorious position overlooking the harbour on one side and open sea on the other with a lovely deck and swimming pool. Federica, the house keeper is helpful and cooks a good breakfast and other meals as requested. Bedrooms are rustic but clean and overall the house is peaceful and quiet but with enough guests to enjoy conversation if you want to."

As other reviews say, the road leading to the house is diabolical but it slows speeding down.

"Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were well prepared and the kitchen staff were lovely."

Parking is very tight. The water drainage (room 11) in the shower flows the wrong way so it can be tricky to avoid flooding the place. Since there is no water mixer, it takes time to get the water temperature correct. Turning the water off and back on because of poor drainage is not ideal for a 4 night stay in luxury accommodation.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)
