"Our bedroom was clean and modern, but I would like to have a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom layout required hanging towels in front of the toilet. The front desk staff members are very kind and professional."
"The online listing for this hotel was very misleading because it showed a rooftop pool. My confirmation also said that I had booked a triple room with use of a rooftop pool. It was not until we checked in that we were told there is no pool because it is under construction. This hotel is high priced by Bosnian standards but I was willing to pay a little more for the pool, which didn't exist. I contacted Trip Advisor to remove the misleading photos but some of them are still online. Booking.com customer service also contacted the hotel to request a partial refund but I have not heard back."
