"The accommodation was clean and fresh, Location was quiet with plenty of local restaurants, and a few local shops to get basic groceries. We hired a car during our stay which is recommended if you want to further a field as we did ."

"The apartment welcomes us in a sparkling clean condition with all the home equipment that we need. It has a private car park with security, we felt safe around the neighbourhood. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is located in a very convenient neighbourhood. Will surely recommend!"

"Amazing location!! At the heart of The Pearl, right by the beach (private beach) and 5 minutes away from the Gewan Island and Abraj Bay. The host was very quick to respond and to accommodate us, thank you very much!"

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

Steep, winding road up from town. Car access only, almost impossible to walk.

"Appartamento graziosissimo a due minuti a piedi dal centro città, su due piani, con ampi spazi e luminosissimo. Zona vivacissima di giorno e di notte. Comunicazione ottima con la proprietaria che ci ha anche organizzato i trasporti in taxi nonostante la prenotazione all'ultimo momento."

Palazzo senza ascensore abbastanza fatiscente, zona rumorosa (ma ci sta essendo in centro), attenzione alla scala che non ha balaustre.

Disadvantages i============ • No breakfast • No AC but it wasn't an issue since we came on Sep • Stairs and no elevator but only 1 floor • Diminished lighting in room * No light in the parking entrance is very dark at night

"Bellissima camera, in una posizione comodissima, spicca distanza dalla stazione con collegamenti ad Amsterdam ogni 15 minuti! Persone gentilissimo e professionale, abbiamo avuto un problema con la vasca da bagno che ci hanno risolto in giornata."

Abbiamo conosciuto anche Aymen, un ragazzo del posto che la mattina ci ha fatto da guida per la città vecchia."

Purtroppo essendo gennaio l'appartamento era freddo e non è abbastanza riscaldato ma con temperature più miti è perfetto!

Boiler troppo piccolo, per cui si ha acqua calda solo per una manciata di minuti.
