"Very cozy place owned by an incredibly friendly and welcoming family. Breakfast was included in the price and it was always absolutely delicious — thanks to them, I had the chance to try several traditional Sri Lankan dishes I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. Whenever I needed anything, they were quick to help and always took care of everything with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay feel special and comfortable. Thank you once again for such a warm and memorable experience!"

The place is located a bit farther from the main areas, so you’ll need to walk a few kilometers, take a tuk-tuk, or have your own vehicle. However, there is a small convenience shop right next to the accommodation, which is handy if you need anything. If you’re sensitive to noise at night, it might be an issue — though that’s quite common for most hostels and village houses in Sri Lanka.

Avevamo a disposizione anche una bici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per i costi della Groenlandia (abbiamo pagato la metà di una soluzione analoga a kangerlussuaq)"

L'appartamento è decisamente trascurato nell'arredamento, vecchiotto e rovinato, necessita di una rivisitazione complessiva. . Poca e rovinata l'attrezzatura da cucina. Piuttosto sporco.

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍

"Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend con i nostri cagnolini per fare una Expo e la posizione favorevole ci ha agevolati molto. Ottima esperienza di check in anche se siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all’orario stabilito . Camilla è stata un’host cordiale e precisa pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Ci ha fornito informazioni anche su locali vicini dove mangiare un ‘ottima pizza. L’appartamento è moderno e confortevole ,pulitissimo e molto caldo. Dotato di spazio anche all’esterno dovr poter lasciare i cani con la possibilità di chiudere il cancello."

"The accommodation was in the flat, which was on the first Floor. It was a private room with AC and TV. You could cook in the kitchen. McDonald's was a one-minute walk away. The public beach is 5 minutes by car. Qidfa beach. The beach is very clean. The landlord is a very friendly and nice person. The flat had no small kids, and it was very calm. Close to Fujairah and Khor Fakkan. You would stay here 1 or more nights."

"Quiet place, no light pollution, shelter for the car, cleanliness, wi-fi speed, hospitality, good communication with the sales& marketing department, perfect location for me."

"The accommodation is a little out of the way, but is an absolute winner in terms of price-performance ratio. There is nothing missing. About a 25 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket and the top restaurant Papa Figo. To the beach, turn left and go straight on. There is also a bank branch with an ATM on the way."

"Nice room with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette connected to main house but separate entrance. Good option if you want to surf Playa Colorados - 15 min walk or less by bicycle. The host Eric is friendly and hospitable."

"Marcella e molto amichevole (parla anche un po' di italiano), risponde molto velocemente, soprattutto usando la chat di booking. Puoi usare tranquillamente la cucina o farti il caffè senza problemi. Cuscini migliori di quelli in hotel. Ricordate che la city tax si paga cash."

I problemi di questa permanenza sono 100% frutto di errori miei. Vaduz è piccola, ma il posto è effettivamente lontano dalla fermata degli autobus (20 minuti con la mia camminata, quindi direi 30 per una per una persona normale). Essendo il Lichtenstein fuori dal roaming, è meglio scaricarsi la mappa prima. E se non vi piace camminare, chiedete a Marcella come arrivare con l'autobus cittadino.

"Appartamentino al pian terreno, comodissimo per chi usa sup o canoe..Con il terrazzo a 2 metri dalla macchina..e un paio di minuti a piedi in spiaggia. Proprietaria gentilissima.. Ci tornerò di sicuro"

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

"Second time staying here. Great location and very clean. Comfortable for a family of four. Tuya is very easy to communicate with."

Nothing. Had to walk up a couple flights of stairs - and I’m not used to the altitude, but that’s not the property’s fault.

"Appartamento graziosissimo a due minuti a piedi dal centro città, su due piani, con ampi spazi e luminosissimo. Zona vivacissima di giorno e di notte. Comunicazione ottima con la proprietaria che ci ha anche organizzato i trasporti in taxi nonostante la prenotazione all'ultimo momento."

Palazzo senza ascensore abbastanza fatiscente, zona rumorosa (ma ci sta essendo in centro), attenzione alla scala che non ha balaustre.

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

Genuine village stay

"The accommodation was clean and fresh, Location was quiet with plenty of local restaurants, and a few local shops to get basic groceries. We hired a car during our stay which is recommended if you want to further a field as we did ."

"L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto anche se era già tardi e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere in città / dove mangiare. L'appartamento è un po' defilato dal centro città (circa 10 min a piedi), dall'altra parte si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa."

La cucina non era rifornita e la pulizia, in alcuni punti della casa, lasciava un po' a desiderare.
