"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"La struttura è molto carina, caraibica e piccola (solo 7 appartamenti di cui uno del proprietario) con una bella piscina. Tutto molto ben curato e pulito. L' appartamento è molto confortevole anche per tre persone: ampia cucina/soggiorno con smart TV, camera da letto con queen bed a baldacchino e bagno grande con doccia comoda. La gestione è affidata a Bocabay che risponde per ogni problema o richiesta H24, 7 giorni su 7 e sono molto reattivi."

Nulla da migliorare per la struttura. Purtroppo è un po' distante dalla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi) e sotto al sole è un problema.

"Struttura pulita , camere molto ben sistemate e accoglienti , a pochi passi dal Registan in una zona tranquilla . Lo staff ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie al rientro ci ha offerto frutta fresca e abbiamo potuto ricaricare i telefoni . Eccellente ."

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"The lounge room. This is cool, couple of gaming zoon like table tennis, Foosball table, PSP and many more."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

Nella mia camera di notte si sentiva il rumore della strada, qualche spiffero dal lucernaio.

Una menzione particolare va fatta alla manager Kartini… ha svoltato la mia vacanza facendomi scoprire la città con la sua cortesia e disponibilità. Yogyakarta non è solo Prambanan e Borobudur. "Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.
