"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"Perfect place! Attentive staff, clean apartment with kitchen and comfy bed. Generator supplies energy to the whole hotel and the restaurant during cut offs. Cleaning ladies were very helpful. Thank you!"

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"The balcony view across the river to the mountains was fantastic. The room was very large, bed was comfortable and the location was close to the town centre."

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Le personnel est réactif. La résidence se trouve près d'un supermarché d'un côté et de l'autre de boulangerie et de petits bons restaurants."

Le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas sur mon téléphone.

"Struttura comoda, andrebbe manutenuta soprattutto all'esterno ma è sicuramente molto comoda per il prezzo che ha. La parte forte è senz'altro il ristorante. Da 10 e lode. Pesce fresco e buonissimo, anche la pizza (che ha fatto innamorare mio figlio) era davvero buona. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato consentito dal proprietario il check in alle 11 senza chiedere un euro. Avevamo già messo in conto di stare al ristorante durante l'attesa e invece, siamo subito stati accompagnati al nostro appartamento. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il wi-fi che non funzionava ma come sempre, il sevizio è stato top e sia il proprietario che il suo papà si sono subito movimentati per risolvere il problema. Hanno un'attenzione e dedizione al cliente davvero ammirevole. La spiaggia è convenzionata e quindi gratis per i clienti di Villa Arberia."

L'area esterna era un pochino abbandonata e poco manutenuta. Aggiungerei qualcosa in più in cucina. Poche stoviglie, assenza totale di mestoli e qualche mattonellina del mosaico della doccia staccata e riappoggiata.

"Bellissimo e ampio monolocale con vista favolosa e terrazzone con tavolino e due sedie. Il portone è vino all'entrata del centro commerciale, bisogna fare attenzione se no non ci si accorge. Posizione comoda vicino citta vecchia ma ottima posizione per visitare anche la parte nuova. Letti ampi e comodi ma cuscini bassi. Asciugamani e phon ma consiglio di portare l'accappatoio. Cucina attrezzata. Di fronte c'è un piccolo supermercato Remi ma molto fornito."

Tutto bene ma la prima volta con le indicazioni non siamo riusciti ad aprire il portone e abbiamo aspettato una persona che uscisse. Poi arrivati al 9. piano abbiamo telefonato all'host che ci ha dato le tutte le indicazioni per reperire e come usare le chiavi. E' meglio usare quella elettronica per il portone. Servivano più indicazioni anche per micronde e cucina a induzione.

"Struttura accogliente, staff eccezionale, colazione molto buona anche per noi occidentali, posizione tranquilla. Per il centro e le attrazioni bisogna prendere un taxi , ma questo non è assolutamente un problema, ci sono comunque ristoranti e bar a pochi passi ."

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi."

Il checkin è stato un po' "freddo", ci è stato spiegato poco delle strutture disponibili. Le chiavi magnetiche si sono smagnetizzate due volte in una settimana. Problema risolto subito alla reception, ma comunque fastidioso. Il parcheggio era ampio ma secondo me meglio cospargerlo di ghiaia per evitare la fanghiglia e pareggiarlo meglio (alcune buche erano veramente notevoli!)

"Camera fantastica, grande, accogliente, in marmo, illuminazione di design, bagno con vasca e doccia, cassaforte WiF, posizione centrale, prezzi ottimi, balcone. Non manca niente, a parte la vista, ma con una camera così tengo le tende chiuse 😀"

La vista

"Il proprietario é una persona fantastica, accogliente, disponibile e ti fa sentire a casa! Appena arrivati alla sera ci ha invitati a partecipare alla Jam session di percussioni in terrazzo con lui ed i suoi amici. Molto bello! Ci ha aiutati nell’organizzare la continuazione della vacanza dandoci suggerimenti riguardo mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere Ile de Saloum. Colazione abbondante e molto buona, in terrazzo con vista sul quartiere Yoff. Esperienza consigliatissima!"

Le store dans la chambre ne permet pas d’avoir un noir total, il y avait de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit.

"El ambiente natural y silencioso. La proximidad a lugares turísticos como la Puerta del Diablo, parques como el Parque Balboa y muchos restaurantes."

Había leña y otros objetos en lso parqueos que lo hacían mas difícil de utilizar.

Nulla. Però nel palazzo è richiesto silenzio quindi forse non ideale per giovani esuberanti .

Materassi un pò duri.

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.
