"This was the perfect choice in Victoria Falls. The staff were incredibly helpful and booked loads of activities for us. We then had a long flight delay so they rearranged everything really kindly. The pool is great, particularly liked the heated swim up bar area. Food also delicious."

"The ambience, calm and refreshing. A place to go and recharge one’s batteries. The staff were extremely helpful and went over and above when my luggage was delayed by the airline in trying to get it to me as early as possible. Pardon is a gem,very professional, kind, caring and fun to be around. TK aka Taku was equally helpful and courteous.
