"They took away the remotes for the air conditioners and told us not to use them, as they are expected to be serviced. They gave me a small desk fan. It is December, and one would expect that when you book a room that advertises air conditioning in the room, that they will be working. I think this was to save ZESA."

"Tutto perfetto. All’inizio ero nervoso perché arrivato lì, mi avevano detto che era bassa stagione e che non si poteva fare il game drive e per quello stavo andando subito via per cambiare città, ma alla fine all’ultimo sono riusciti a trovarmene uno! Veramente bravi e scusate se ero nervoso all’inizio ma dopo 18 ore di bus ero stanco"
