DEFINITELY NO ELECTRICITY OUTAGES OR LOAD SHEDDING OR WATER OUTAGES AS WE HAVE FULL SYSTEM OF SOLAR PANELS AND BOREHOLE WATER SO ARE INDEPEDANT OF THE STATE SUPPLIED SERVICES. Our INTERNET IS 1000MB/S AND DStv in the lounge for sporting events. Durban King Shaka Airport is 20 km away.
