"What a beautiful resort and such friendly staff. The villas are clean and well placed apart. The beach is great for swimming and kayaking. Its was nice to heart that the Resort was selected to host King Charlies during his 2024 Commonwealth Summit visit. The pool is fresh water and no chemicals and lovely and deep. The fish of the day was incredible and generally the food was the best we experienced on the island - so we would definitely recommend staying."

"The resort was hosting a wedding on the Friday which meant the lower over water restaurant was shut for that day and the one prior which was unfortunate for our stay- the resort should send out notifications of wedding bookings, so guests have prior warning of section closures. We were upgraded to a ocean view garden villa which was beautiful however the pillows were quite firm and high we would have preferred different pillow options. No TVs in the rooms which is Ok however an option would have been nice."

"We were in a deluxe room & Included tropical breakfast was poor. Cordial offered & we had to pay for fresh juice. Tropical fruit was very limited. When we requested fruit around pool it was unavailable. Fresh drinking water was not set up for 3 adults in our room. Only rectified once we questioned this. Snorkeling gear was in poor condition & unusable. Very disappointed. Pool towels not available around pool. Taking wet smelly towels back to room after days use is not acceptable. Had to take towels to reception & organize fresh towel to be delivered to pool area next morning before swimming. Booked as adults only resort. Children still entered resort for meal times from outside resort that was disruptive."

"This is a magical place, the gardens of the resort are just divine and the location is incredible, truly another world away. The staff at the resort are extremely friendly, warm, kind and considerate. It was a breath of fresh air and a total reset to stay there."

"I liked the whole experience of staying at Sinalei Reef resort, however we did not have access to the internet the whole time we were there. This wasn't an issue for us as we enjoyed the "digital detox" but I did notice that some other guests were upset with the lack to access to internet, and also just not that there are no TVs in the rooms (also good for a break from screen time!)"

"We enjoyed the Continental bf every morning . Lunch & dinner were good, and we particularly enjoyed all the raw fish dishes. The staff were without exception friendly and charming and very attentive."

"I was disappointed that the snorkelling wasn't better off the beach. I eventually went by boat to the edge of reef where I was glad to find lots of corals and fish. Lots of green turtles too, whose numbers are increasing we were told."

"We stayed in many places across over 3 weeks in Samoa. Sinalei is head and shoulders above other resorts in so many ways. The resort grounds and facilities are beautifully kept. The fales are spacious, beds comfortable and very clean. The food was excellent and there are different specials every night. What really stood out though were the amazing staff!"
