"Stanza sufficientemente spaziosa, buona illuminazione, ottimi materassi. Nel frigo ci sono latte e acqua. C'è anche il bollitore. Buona l'insonorizzazione."

"La colazione l'ho trovata abbastanza scarsa. Il primo giorno sono sceso per la colazione un po' più tardi e tanta roba non c'era (es.uova strapazzate) e non l'hanno proprio più portata. Di dolce c'è poco o niente, l'unica marmellata è quella di fragole. Anche il servizio del ristorante per pranzo o cena è molto erratico, una sera ho atteso il cibo più di mezz'ora, quando chiedevo la birra non mi portavano mai il bicchiere anche se lo chiedevo, dovevo prendermelo da solo al bar. Il cibo del ristorante è composto al 90% da panini, roba con tante salse oppure fritto fritto. Insomma, il ristorante ha tanti aspetti che possono essere migliorati."

"The location of the hotel is prime, right in the centre of Apia. There was a Pharmacy, Cafes and stores within walking distance, not to mention the Cafe onsite. There was a park, bus terminal & Apia wharf across the road, all within walking distance."

"The shower basin was slightly leaking onto the bathroom floor, perhaps another application of sealant will fix it."

"The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is located in the city of Apia which make it easy to access meeting place and shopping centres."

"Everything! The fact it was perfect for my Elderly Father, accessible to the restaurant & Carpark. Just very well thought out. Not to mention the Service & Great hospitality the staff showed us."

"There was nothing to not like - the only minor issue we had was the interconnecting doors weren’t open as lock was somewhat jammed. However it was not a biggie, the friendly staff made up for it."

"Please watch out for the cleaning staff to make sure the quest or residence has received all their bathroom stuff like bath towels bath mats hand towel and face wash and also just requested about the shower door it’s not close properly from inside when you enter the shower please also water still comes out underneath the shower door please but everything it’s all awesome thanks"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Lava Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Their genuine Samoan hospitality made me feel at home straight away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The location is also fantastic—close to town, the waterfront, and great spots to eat and explore, which made getting around very easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and the staff truly made the experience special."
